We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and execution-focused Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our brand’s social media strategy and content growth across YouTube, Xiaohongshu , TikTok, and other relevant platforms. This role will own the end-to-end social media roadmap — from strategy and content direction to performance optimisation — with a strong emphasis on organic growth, engagement, and platform-native storytelling. You will play a key role in shaping our digital voice, building authentic communities, and driving brand influence in the beauty industry. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies with a focus on YouTube, Xiaohongshu (RED), and TikTok . Drive organic follower growth , engagement, reach, and brand visibility across social platforms. Identify opportunities on emerging platforms, formats, and trends to expand brand influence. Plan and manage content calendars, ensuring platform-native, creative, and on-brand content . Lead content direction, including short-form and long-form video concepts, scripts, visual storytelling, and creative briefs . Collaborate with internal teams, creators, production partners, and KOLs to deliver high-quality content. Monitor and analyse social media performance (views, engagement, follower growth, conversion, etc.). Translate data into actionable insights to continuously optimise content strategy and posting cadence. Track trends, test new ideas, and refine strategies based on performance data. Stay up to date with platform algorithms, new features, content trends, and audience behaviours . Conduct competitor and industry research to ensure our social presence remains innovative and relevant. Build and manage online communities to strengthen brand trust and loyalty. Requirements: 5+ years of social media or digital marketing experience (beauty / lifestyle preferred). Hands-on experience with YouTube, Xiaohongshu, and TikTok. Strong understanding of social algorithms and content best practices. Creative, analytical, and results-driven. Excellent English; Cantonese and Mandarin are a plus.
