Responsibilities: Assist to ensure the Company’s Operational Risk ("OR") Framework is duly implemented Assist business units in conducting Key Control Self-Assessments ("KCSAs") and Key Risk Indicator ("KRIs"), and ensure that operational risk level of the Company is properly identified, measured and assessed Review operational risk incident reports and liaise with relevant parties to ensure mitigation actions are in place Handle complaints and liaise with relevant departments to identify the root cause / control loopholes and make recommendations to enhance control and risk mitigation measures Assist to coordinate the Operational Risk Committee ("ORC") meeting on a monthly basis including agenda and minutes preparation Prepare monthly OR reports and update OR related policy and procedures Support ad hoc initiatives, thematic review and procedures review Requirements: University degree holder in Risk Management / Finance / Accounting / Business Administration or related disciplines At least 2-3 years’ relevant experience of operational risk management / internal audit in financial Institution, preferably in consumer banking / consumer finance industry Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese Proficient in MS Office Applications and Chinese word processing Candidate with less experience will be considered as Operational Risk Officer Fresh graduates would also be considered More Job Information Job Function 銀行 · 金融服務 - 風險管理 Location 灣仔 Location 灣仔區 Employment Term 全職 Employment Term 長期 Education 學士 #J-18808-Ljbffr
