Assistant Vice President, Leasing and Facilities Responsible for bank's leasing matters including leasing enquiries, new lettings, renewals and tenancy administration. Responsible for fitting-out & renovation projects for branch and office premises including engagement with external parties, users’ requirements, cost control and managing budget, timeline and quality. Review and formulate facilities management manual and procedures according to the bank's policies and regulatory requirements. Monitor the work progress on maintenance, improvement and repairing works. Monitor defects rectification works for renovated areas within the defect liability period. Manage building submission and fire safety direction to comply with statutory requirement. Perform regular visits and checks on facilities at branches and office areas. Perform other ad-hoc tasks or assignments. Requirements Degree holder in Real Estate, Property Management or related disciplines. 3-5 years' experience in property/leasing management; exposure in banks or FIs is preferable. Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills. Conversant with MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing. Good command of both spoken & written English & Chinese.
