Job duties of Researcher Conduct thorough research to identify and source top candidates for various roles. Perform outreach calls to engage potential candidates and evaluate their fit for our clients’ needs. Collaborate with the recruiting team to create effective candidate engagement strategies. Prepare recruitment materials and post job listings on relevant job boards to build candidate pipelines. Enhance the candidate and client pool through efficient use of the internal database, networks, and professional networking events. Participate in tender reviews and assist in proposal development. Build relationships with candidates and provide insights about TEKsystems and available opportunities. A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Marketing, Public Relations, or Communications. 1-3 years of experience in customer service and client relationship management. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills. Interest in a role that combines people-facing responsibilities with administrative tasks.
