The Role: Choose Your Specialism As a Specialist Technology Recruiter, you will become a true market expert, responsible for the full 360-degree recruitment lifecycle. You will build deep relationships with world-class clients and the brightest talent in the technology sector. We are currently expanding and looking for driven individuals to join one of our two specialist divisions in Hong Kong: Infrastructure & Cybersecurity: In this speciality, you will focus on the mission-critical technology backbone of top-tier organisations. You will partner with leading corporations and financial institutions to build out their Cloud, DevOps, SRE, and Cybersecurity teams, connecting elite talent with roles that protect and power our digital world. Financial Technology (Buy-Side & Sell-Side): This speciality operates at the fast-paced intersection of finance and cutting-edge tech. You will partner with elite hedge funds, proprietary trading firms (Buy-Side), and top-tier investment banks (Sell-Side) to source talent for roles in high-frequency trading, quantitative research, and electronic trading platforms. Who We're Looking For We're open to both aspiring and experienced recruiters who are driven to build a successful career in a specialist market. Core Attributes: An exceptional work ethic, resilience, a relentless drive to succeed, strong analytical skills, and a genuine curiosity for technology. Language Skills: Excellent professional communication skills in English are essential. Professional proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is highly advantageous for engaging with the Greater China market. For Aspiring Recruiters: A high-energy, proactive mindset and, most importantly, an insatiable curiosity and a genuine willingness to learn . We will provide the tools and training; you bring the drive. For Experienced Recruiters: A proven track record of success in recruitment (agency or in-house). Experience in a 360-degree role is a strong advantage. Bonus Points: We'd be particularly interested if you have a genuine passion for technology, especially in areas related to our specialisms, such as: Cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps, SRE, or Cybersecurity.
