We are currently seeking a Customer Care/Account Manager (Enterprise Clients) to strengthen our work with key customers. In this role, you will be responsible for managing communication with Enterprise clients, supporting their onboarding and integration, and building strong, long-term partnerships. Responsibilities Acting as one of the primary Points of Contact for assigned Enterprise clients; Maintaining daily communication and providing ongoing support via messengers, email, and meetings; Guiding clients through onboarding and integration processes to ensure smooth adoption of services; Collaborating with internal teams (product, tech, support, sales, and others) to resolve client needs and requests; Representing the customer internally by collecting feedback, communicating requirements, and ensuring timely follow-up; Managing expectations, building trust, and developing long-term strategic relationships with clients. Qualifications and skills 3+ years of experience working with Enterprise or large B2B clients; Telecom background is preferred but not required; Experience in fintech or on the client side managing telecom/integration/communication vendors is a plus; Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities; High level of ownership and responsibility; Excellent communication and negotiation skills; Customer-focused mindset and ability to handle multiple parallel requests; Confident working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams; Proficiency in English (B2–C1); Chinese language skills are a strong advantage.
