Your #1 objective is to identify, secure, and scale with a top‑tier local distributor , then build sustainable multi‑channel revenue across the region while growing IvyBears® into a loved brand on Asian social and e‑commerce platforms. What You’ll Do Distributor Sourcing & Selection (China‑first): Map the landscape, shortlist, and close an exclusive or master distributor for Mainland China; structure agreements and KPIs. Revenue Ownership (Asia): Build and deliver the sales plan for China and key Asian markets (e.g., HK, TW, SG, MY, ID, TH, PH, KR, JP); full responsibility for regional revenue targets. Channel Strategy: Orchestrate a scalable mix of offline retail, pharmacy/beauty, and cross‑border e‑commerce (Tmall Global, JD Worldwide, TikTok/Douyin Shop, Shopee/Lazada). Brand & Social Growth: Lead brand building on WeChat, Weibo, RED (Xiaohongshu), Douyin , and KOL/KOC partnerships; localize messaging and launch campaigns with our marketing team. Retail & Key Accounts: Open and grow priority accounts; manage pricing, trade terms, and promotions; build repeatable sell‑in/sell‑out playbooks. Regulatory & Ops Enablement: Coordinate NMPA/CIQ guidance, labeling, and CBEC pathways with internal and partner teams; ensure import and compliance readiness. Forecasting & Reporting: Own pipeline, forecasts, and weekly performance reviews; track CAC/ROI, contribution margin, and account‑level P&L. Cross‑Functional Leadership: Partner with Product, Supply Chain, and Creative to tailor assortments, packs, and campaigns for Asian consumers. What You’ll Bring 5–10+ years in BD/Sales in China or broader Asia within supplements, beauty, pharma, FMCG, or grocery ; proven track record opening the market and scaling revenue. Deep, current network among distributors, marketplaces, and key retail buyers in China; strong negotiation and contract experience. Hands‑on experience with Tmall/JD/Douyin/WeChat ecosystems, KOL marketing, and social commerce. Understanding of CBEC vs. general trade , regulatory basics (NMPA, labeling), and supply approaches (bonded warehouses, last‑mile). Fluent Mandarin Chinese and strong English; additional Asian languages are a plus. Entrepreneurial, data‑driven operator who thrives on accountability and speed. What You’ll Get Option A – Base Salary + 2% Commission: Compensation: Competitive base salary + 3% commission on all revenue you generate (including recurring from key accounts), uncapped. Option B – 20% Commission on All Cash‑In (Uncapped): Compensation: 20% commission on every cash‑in you generate of every market you close, every client, uncapped. No base salary. How Success Is Measured (First 90–180 Days) Signed China distributor agreement with clear JV/EBIT targets and launch timeline. First wave of marketplace listings live (e.g., Tmall Global/JD Worldwide/Douyin Shop) with funded promo plan. Secured pilot retail doors and initial replenishment. Established KOL/KOC calendar , localized brand assets, and monthly social growth metrics. Hitting agreed MRR and sell‑out milestones. ✅ Ready to build something big?
