Position HRBP Professional (Multiple Position) Reporting Report to: CEO and Operation Director Job Purpose We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner to lead and/or support our Human Resources function across Hong Kong and Zhuhai. The ideal candidate will be a hands‑on generalist with deep expertise in the F&B and Retail industries. You will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of HR operations, leading key projects, ensuring strict compliance with HK and PRC labour regulations, and managing a team of 20 to support our growing business. Key Responsibilities Provide all‑round HR generalist support, serving as a trusted advisor to management and staff in both Hong Kong and Zhuhai. Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and off‑boarding. Manage and mentor a team of approximately 20 HR professionals across two locations, fostering a high‑performance culture. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Prepare, manage, and monitor the annual HR budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost‑effectiveness. Lead and manage key HR projects, including but not limited to the implementation and optimisation of a new HR Information System (HRIS); good knowledge in Ding Ding and Kingdee will be an advantage. Conduct comprehensive reviews of existing HR policies, procedures, and workflows; recommend and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Drive process digitalisation and innovation within the HR function. Possess full‑set, hands‑on experience in managing the Enhanced Supplementary Labour Scheme (ESLS) in Hong Kong, ensuring end‑to‑end compliance and smooth operation. Serve as subject‑matter expert on Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and PRC Labour Law, providing timely advice and ensuring company policies and practices are fully compliant in both regions. Handle complex employee relations issues, investigations, and disputes with a firm understanding of legal requirements. Partner with department heads to identify current and future talent needs. Develop, execute, and evaluate the annual Training and Employee Development Plan to enhance capabilities across the group. Foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive work environment. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of solid, progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. Proven all‑round HR Generalist experience within the F&B and/or Retail industries is essential. Demonstrable full‑cycle project management experience (e.g., HRIS implementation, policy overhaul). In‑depth, practical experience in managing the Enhanced Supplementary Labour Scheme (ESLS). Expert knowledge of Hong Kong Labour Laws and good understanding of PRC Labour Law. Proven experience in managing a sizeable team (15+ members). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin). Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager. Short notice is highly preferred. Advantageous A Master’s degree in Management or a related discipline. Previous experience managing cross‑border (HK/China) HR operations. Relevant professional membership (e.g., HKIHRP).
