Job Duties Assist in formulating and implementing Marketing Communication strategies that aligned with the department goals. Plan, execute and optimize marketing campaigns across channels such as exhibitions, and manage events. Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors’ insights into specific products and businesses. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and product development to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Responsible for content creation on impactful corporate and marketing collaterals including video, eDM, product leaflets, solution ppt, case studies etc. Enhance and maintain internal and external communications platforms such as website and social media. Support crisis management and media liaison. Research, plan, and manage award entries. Keep track of suitable award opportunities and complete submissions. Leverage AI tools to enhance operational efficiency and create compelling marketing assets. Skills And Experiences Required Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a similar role, preferably in the engineering sector. Exceptional business written skill in English and Traditional Chinese. Capable to create engaging messages and visuals. Excellent command of spoken Chinese and English. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively and managing deadlines. Excellent interpersonal skills, a good team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
