For more information, please visit . About The Role Wasserman is seeking a passionate and proactive Executive to join our team in Hong Kong. This position is designed for someone at the early stages of their career who wants to gain first-hand experience in a leading, global agency. The Executive is an integral position to our client teams, with the responsibility for supporting the successful delivery of client projects, from brief to execution. The Executive will be crucial in ensuring client deliverables and project milestones are delivered on-time, on-budget and of a quality expected by Wasserman and its clients. This is an exciting opportunity for someone at the start of their career in a dynamic, international environment where no two days are the same. What You Will Be Doing Client Support & Servicing Support the Associate Manager/Account Lead in the day-to-day servicing of client accounts, ensuring tasks and deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard. Support in the development of brand activation concepts that deliver on client requests, demonstrating critical thinking and creative solutions. Support with the preparation of presentations, reports, and marketing materials for clients. Event Coordination & Administration Provide administrative support for event planning and delivery, including event production requirements, logistics, and scheduling. Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth coordination of projects. Assist with on-site event support as required. Marketing & Communications Help develop content and assets for campaigns, ensuring materials are aligned with client and brand objectives. Monitor event and campaign performance, compiling data and insights for internal and client reporting. Research & Insights Conduct desk research on industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities in sports and entertainment. Prepare summaries and recommendations to support the team’s strategy and decision-making. Skills & Experience Required 1–2 years of experience in events, marketing, sponsorship, or related fields (internship experience welcome). Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks. Good written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). A proactive, positive, and “can-do” attitude with a willingness to learn. Passion for sports, music, and entertainment. Knowledge of motorsports and/or football is a plus. Fluent in English, written and spoken. Additional Asian language skills are an advantage.
