Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. 5–7 years’ hands‑on experience in project programming for construction or engineering. NEC contract experience or NEC certificate required. Advanced user of Primavera P6; skilled in schedule management software. Professional membership (HKIE, ICE, or similar) strongly preferred. Excellent communication skills, with fluent Mandarin, English, and Cantonese. Results‑focused, solutions‑oriented approach to programme and risk management. Strong analytical, organisational, and interpersonal skills; eager to drive project success with a collaborative mindset.
