Prepare schedule submissions and progress reports, communicating risks and opportunities to management. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to resolve planning issues and support efficient project execution. Deliver clear, actionable advice in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, ensuring alignment across diverse teams. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. 5–7 years’ hands‑on experience in project programming for construction or engineering. NEC contract experience or NEC certificate required. Advanced user of Primavera P6; skilled in schedule management software. Professional membership (HKIE, ICE, or similar) strongly preferred. Excellent communication skills, with fluent Mandarin, English, and Cantonese. Results‑focused, solutions‑oriented approach to programme and risk management. Strong analytical, organisational, and interpersonal skills; eager to drive project success with a collaborative mindset.
