ERP Consultant

Responsibilities Design and configure system solutions based on business requirements and best practices. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve functional issues during project implementation and post-go-live support. Develop functional design documents, process flow diagrams, and user manuals. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and provide go‑live and post‑go‑live support. Provide support for incident management and handle Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle Support to resolve the system issues. Apply ERP knowledge to design scalable end‑to‑end solutions. Assist in project management tasks, including progress tracking, issue resolution, and change management. Deliver user training sessions and support knowledge transfer activities. Provide recommendations for system improvements and financial process optimization. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree programme or above in relevant discipline(s), including Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Human Resources, Business Management, Computer Science, etc. 2 years+ of experience in application implementation. Hands‑on experience with Oracle EBS or Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP is highly preferable. Experience in other ERP suite such as SAP, Microsoft is also welcome. Deep understanding of ERP Financial / Procurement modules. Proficiency in SQL (Oracle or MySQL) and experience in creating BI Publisher reports. Knowledge of SLA (Subledger Accounting), Intercompany processes, and Multi‑Org structures. Experience in large‑scale or multi‑national Oracle ERP projects. Has a keen interest in customer facing consultant role. Ability to guide customer based on leading practices. Ability to work well in teams, as well as independently. Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in English, verbal and written. Critical thinker, problem solver, curious learner.
