BD Senior Advisor, LAI

Your role will be to support the execution of Business Development (BD) strategies aimed at driving growth for Litigation, Arbitration and Investigations (LAI) services, and support the alignment of BD initiatives with the firm’s overall strategy as well as Client and Sector strategies. You will make use of insights and data-led intelligence to identify opportunities, facilitate cross-selling, help with building client and internal stakeholder relationships and contribute to client-centric BD activities. Your Key Responsibilities Provide support in driving growth across LAI services by assisting in Business Development (BD) plan development and implementation. Collaborate with global BD teams to ensure LAI and the local office remains connected to the global network and strategies. Help to ensure that LAI and client targeting strategies align with global BD growth objectives and firm strategy. Participate in building and maintaining relationships and inter-connectivity across broader Business Development & Marketing (BDM) function, including Clients & Sectors teams, to drive growth in priority sectors and market opportunities, and help to create compelling, LAI-led go-to-market campaigns to engage target clients. Support the execution of focused LAI, sector, and client growth plans, helping to facilitate cross-selling opportunities within global product teams. Provide timely and high-quality contributions to win strategies and assist with developing market-leading pitch and panel submissions. Use specialised knowledge to support the use of data-led insights for horizon scanning, opportunity spotting, pipeline management and client targeting/development for LAI services. Conduct analysis of market information and monitor external trends to assist in shaping BD initiatives and goals. Assist in the effective utilisation of MarTech and data infrastructure to provide proactive, targeted LAI insights. Help to ensure alignment with global processes and the effective use of the firm’s shared services. Your Experience Experience in business development supporting Litigation, Arbitration and Investigations services, preferably in legal or professional services. Knowledge of dispute resolution, litigation processes, arbitration frameworks, and regulatory investigations. Experience supporting BD strategy development and implementation. Ability to collaborate effectively across global teams and functions. Experience contributing to pitch materials and client proposals. Analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and identify opportunities. Understanding of cross-selling strategies in professional services. Experience using marketing technology and data tools for BD insights. Strong communication skills with ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
