Reference Number KEC/U246/25 Department/Hospital: Property Management and Supporting Services Department, United Christian Hospital Pay: HK$23,725 to HK$30,244 (HGPS point 7‑11) per month including Monthly AllowanceUp to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end‑of‑contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance. Key Responsibilities Provision of supporting services such as cleansing and portering, waste management, pest control, mortuary services, gardening and tree management etc. Monitor staff discipline and performance, arrange staff orientation and training. Monitor and review the performance and work progress of outsourced service contractors. Liaise with user departments and service contractors in the day‑to‑day provision of services and to monitor service quality regularly. Conduct inspection and coordinate drills related to hospital safety. Compile staff duty roster. Control and maintain stock records of materials, store items and equipment. Assist in commissioning of hospital expansion blocks, including domestic and transportation services, pest control, gardening, waste management, staff accommodation, minor repair works, and other supporting services, etc. Handle incidents related to supporting services delivery and hospital safety. Provide subsequent documentation. Provide ad hoc or emergency support to the hospital as and when required. Perform shift duties, may be required to work overtime, and is required to report duty during adverse weather such as typhoon and black rainstorm and other emergencies. Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors. Entry Requirements (a) 3 years’ satisfactory service in the HA; OR (b) 2 years’ supervisory experience in hospitals, hotels, cleansing service, facilities management or other related services/industries. Have shown the potential to lead and supervise staff. Experience in domestic & transportation service in a health care setting. Good command of Chinese and English. Good knowledge of computer applications, e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing; and experience in HA’s software applications such as ADS, ERP and SRS. Experience in staff supervision and management. Multitasking with good communication and interpersonal skills. Mature, self‑motived, independent and responsible.
