Hospital Foreman (Security) – Queen Elizabeth Hospital Reference No. : KCC Extended on : 5 November 2025 Application Deadline : 31 December 2025 Date of Issue : 23 October 2025 Rank : Hospital Foreman Department / Hospital : Security, Administrative Services Division, Queen Elizabeth Hospital Pay : HK$23,725 to HK$30,244 (HGPS Point 7 to 11) per month including Monthly Allowance End‑of‑contract gratuity : Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting MCPF contribution) may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance. Key Responsibilities Assist Hospital Manager to plan and manage security services of the Hospital. Assist in conducting security risk review and follow‑up action. Assist in investigating and monitoring security incidents. Assist in coordinating drills and associated programs related to fire safety and security issues. Assist in conducting staff training. Implement, coordinate, monitor and review security and fire safety measures including enforcement of Hospital Authority By‑laws in the hospital. Coordinate security device installation and commissioning. Operate, use and monitor special security equipment and system, e.g., CCTV, Baby Tag System and Access Control System. Supervise daily security operation, report and record security incidents. Compile staff duty roster. Issue and control of stores and equipment. Handle emergencies and other ad hoc incidents independently. Provide ad hoc or emergency support to the hospital as and when required. Monitor staff discipline and performance. Relay management's instructions to Security Guards and ensure that relevant procedures and instructions are being strictly followed. Carry out any other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Entry Requirements 3 years’ satisfactory service in the Hospital Authority OR 2 years’ supervisory experience in hospitals, hotels, cleansing service, facilities management or other related services/industries. Have shown the potential to lead and supervise staff. Preferable Attributes Has working experience in security services currently. Supervisory experience in the field of property management, logistics and customer services. Completion of F.5. or equivalent. Possess a valid security personnel permit. Knowledge of PC applications, such as Chinese Word processing, Excel, Access, etc. Able to read and write Chinese and English. Multitasking with good communication and interpersonal skills.
