About The Role As an Electrician Foreman (電氣管工) , you will be maintaining and repairing all hotel facilities, equipment, and systems to ensure smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities Manage the Electrical Team and AV system; assist Duty Engineer for tackling emergency breakdowns. Maintain and distribute work orders / repairs to team members, supervise and provide technical support to ensure align with Hotel standard. Keep records of all daily work orders, maintenance works and repairs of the AV system. Participate in preventive maintenance scheme with reference to all pump motors, starters, control panels, fuse switches, circuit breakers, RCD, switch boards, earthing tapes, fire alarm system, kitchen and laundry appliances, emergency lightings and back-up systems etc, and other electrical equipment / system under supervision of Duty Engineer and to ensure that all equipment / system are in compliance with the IEE Wiring Regulations and Hotel standard. At least 6 years of solid experience in electrical field, including at least 3 years in supervisory level. Experience in Hotel Industry would be an advantage.
