Operations / KYC / Clients Services

  • To ensure an accurate update on cash / securities positions / reconciliations in the in-house & vendor systems are in compliance with local regulation
  • To monitor and enhance trading process when required
  • To support on projects and assist in project management where required
  • Communicating / liaising on key internal and external stakeholders, when a response is needed on an urgent basis
  • Investigating / assisting to rectify any potential overdrafts
  • Primarily contact point for operational issues related to the distribution of funds 
  • Provide support in oversea offices for operations matters

 

 

Skills & Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor Degree with major in commerce, banking, finance or business administration
  • At least 10 years hands-on wealth operations experience
  • Able to interact with all levels of staff and management
  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to details
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal in English, Mandarin and Chinese
