We are seeking a Talent Architect—a strategic partner, not a coordinator—to engineer the human capital foundation for our continued success. Your mission is to move beyond transactions and build a scalable, future‑proof talent acquisition system that secures high‑impact specialists and future leaders across all 10 of our vertical media brands (e.g., GirlStyle, BusinessFocus, HolidaySmart). This role is about seeing talent acquisition as a core business driver, not a support function. Key Strategic Pillars & Deliverables Pioneer the Talent Engine: Design, own, and optimize the end‑to‑end talent lifecycle, transforming requirements into successful hires. Strategic Sourcing Playbooks: Develop and execute proactive sourcing campaigns that effectively penetrate competitive talent markets, building robust networks of passive and active candidates who will define the future of Ad‑Tech. Employer Brand Voice: Define and refine our market messaging to clearly articulate PressLogic’s unique value proposition—our rapid growth story, AI integration, and clear career advancement paths—ensuring a professional, high‑touch candidate journey. Data‑Driven Advisory & Partnership: Act as a critical advisor to senior leadership across business units; challenge hiring norms and provide expert, data‑backed consultative support to align staffing requirements directly with our commercial and technological goals. Performance Analytics: Implement and analyze recruitment data, metrics, and reports to measure the efficiency of channels and processes, continuously improving our operational strategy and advising management on key strategic decisions. Operational Excellence & Integration: Seamless execution—manage all critical assessments, screening, interview logistics, and offer negotiations to ensure efficient and compliant closures; compliance & onboarding—ensure all hiring practices strictly adhere to employment ordinance and company policies and coordinate the integration of new hires from documentation to HR orientation. What Makes You a Talent Architect? We are looking for a builder who views process challenges as opportunities for innovation and disruption. Experience & Mindset 3–5 years of proven, full‑cycle talent acquisition experience. Prior experience in high‑growth technology, media, or agency recruitment environments is highly valued. Possess an entrepreneurial drive, thrive under pressure, and demonstrate a non‑stop, fighting spirit dedicated to optimization and winning the war for talent. Demonstrated passion for leveraging recruitment technology and market intelligence to gain a competitive edge. Proven ability to utilize AI/data tools to disrupt and streamline the recruitment process. Exceptional command of communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline. Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace. Fluent in English and Cantonese. Knowledge of Hong Kong employment regulations is preferred.
