We are seeking ahunter—a results-driven Sales Representative to own the front end of our sales cycle. Your core mission: generate new business and close deals. Job Title: Part-Time Sales Representative (Customer Acquisition & Closer) Schedule: Part-Time, 3 Days / 24 Hours Per Week (Flexible schedule within business hours) Compensation: Base Hourly Rate + Commission. High performers will be considered for a full-time salaried + commission role with benefits. Application Process: Three-Stage Interview (Initial Screening, Practical Project, Final Interview) Role Description You will be directly responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and converting new clients. This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives on the challenge of turning a cold lead into a closed deal. Your Core Responsibilities: Customer Outreach & Prospecting: Execute targeted outbound campaigns via cold calls, emails, and social selling (primarily LinkedIn) to generate new sales opportunities. Closing Deals: Manage the entire sales pipeline—from first contact to contract signature. Conduct discovery calls, deliver compelling presentations, negotiate terms, and secure closed‑won business. Customer Acquisition: Be the primary driver for new client acquisition. Develop and execute strategies to hit and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Supporting Responsibilities: CRM Management: Log all activities, update deal stages, and maintain a pristine pipeline in HubSpot. Reporting: Use Excel to track performance metrics, analyse outreach effectiveness, and forecast sales. Requirements: A Closer: You have a proven desire to hunt, pitch, and win. You are motivated by commission and hitting targets. A Sports Insider: You have a university degree and a background in sports (as an athlete, coach, or in a sports‑adjacent role). You speak the language of performance. A Resilient Communicator: You have strong English skills and the confidence to pick up the phone and make cold calls daily. Technically Proficient: You are adept with HubSpot CRM and Microsoft Excel. Organized & Driven: You manage your time effectively, follow a process, and are self‑motivated in a part‑time, results‑oriented role. Bonus Skills: Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin or other dialects). Prior sales experience, especially with a track record of closing. Experience selling to sports organizations, schools, or athletic departments.
