General insurance - Customer Services Specialist (AM grade 40-45K) - Oversee and guide daily customer service operations, ensuring team members deliver consistent and high-quality support. - Serve as a subject matter expert, providing hands‑on assistance to both internal teams and external customers. - Establish team priorities to drive timely task completion and meet performance benchmarks. - Manage and resolve escalated inquiries or complaints —from colleagues or regulatory bodies—through clear and effective written and verbal communication . - Ensure customer service delivery aligns with company strategy across all service channels, maintaining excellence and consistency. - Contribute to call quality assessments, staff coaching, and training programs; support the rollout of new initiatives aimed at elevating service standards and brand reputation. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience - At least 5-6 years of experience in customer service, within a call center or frontline service environment—preferably in general insurance products (including but not limited to travel and home insurance) - Passed in IIQE Paper 1 & 2. - Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving skills with a proven ability to deliver excellent customer service. - Highly customer‑oriented, proactive, eager to learn, and driven by a positive attitude. - Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
