Marketing Manager - General Insurance Company As a Marketing Manager, you will lead and drive the marketing strategy for our General Insurance business. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive marketing plans and collaborating across departments to deliver impactful results that support business growth and brand positioning. Key Responsibilities Report to the Department Head, the successful candidate will serve major corporate and/or SME accounts independently. Explore business opportunities and drive desired results of GI business to achieve business plan. Solve problems proactively and improve workflow, effectiveness and efficiency of business activities. Supervise and coach junior team members on daily duties, ensuring business and processes alignment with company goals, guidelines, service standards and regulatory requirements. Establish and maintain good relationships with clients and business partners to strengthen cooperation and business development. Collaborate with Underwriting, Claims, IT and other departments to deliver integrated marketing initiatives and assist to develop/revamp online platforms. Assist in ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned by the superior. Key Requirements University graduate with minimum 7 years of working experience within General Insurance field in handling insurance of sizeable corporate clients and/or SME business. (Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Marketing Manager) Holder of IIQE Paper 1 and 2 Certificates and holder or progress in professional qualification in Insurance (e.g. CII or ANZIIF, etc.) would be an asset. Proactive, customer-oriented, self-motivated, able to work independently and meet deadlines. Strong client relationship management, good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with good understanding of the GI market. Excellent command of spoken & written English and Chinese; proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Outgoing and sociable character. A good team player and able to collaborate across functions.
