About the Company We're currently partnering with a well-known professional membership organization in finding a newly created Business Development Manager for their growing team in Hong Kong. The individual will be responsible in growing new accounts and managing existing accounts in HK and Macau. Through out the membership cycle, the individual will also provide workshops, events and market insights/presentations to ensure sustainable membership. About the Job Implement and achieve assigned targets within the business development strategy, focusing on new member growth in Macau and Taiwan. Manage and develop portfolio of key accounts. Develop and implement new member growth strategies, using both a business-to-business (B2B) approach with senior stakeholders/decision makers and a business-to-customer (B2C) approach for individual enquiries. Develop and implement account plans, tiered contact plans, and maximize sales outcomes, while delivering outstanding service. Identify, establish, and maintain valued relationships with targeted accounts including senior stakeholders and decison makers. Plan, excute and conduct events such as information session and career fairs on behalf of the professional organization to generate leads, acquire new members and drive develop brand presence in the market. Maintain accurate account and portfolio data integrity within the account management stream of the acquisition strategy. Collaborate with the Marketing and Communication Team, Divisional Committee Members, and other internal/external stakeholders. Skills & Experiences Required Degree holder preferably in business related discipline. Minimum 4 years experience in business development, sales and/or account management in building and growing customer base within the financial services/insurance sector. Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English. Good command of English and Chinese, with fluent Putonghua preferred, is also mentioned. Results driven, self-motivated, team player and strong interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation skills and project management. Open to candidates from other industries/products/solutions with a focus on financial services channels.
