If you want to experience how things are done in the Traditional Business Accelerator team at our Hong Kong Branch, join us on a permanent, full-time basis commencing at the earliest possible date as a Regional Actuary .
Your Responsibilities- Work closely with actuaries in the respective local offices.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Develop and review pricing basis and model, including technical analysis supported by research.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on cross-market projects.
- Develop process to enhance risk management controls in business acceptance in the region.
Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of working experience in the Reinsurance and/or Insurance industry with at least 2 years in a management position.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong understanding of actuarial principles and techniques.
Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) or equivalent designation.
Regional pricing and/or reinsurance experience would be an advantage.
Priority will be given to candidates currently based in Hong Kong.
