Our client The Hong Kong Jockey Club is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager - ISSHO (Happy Valley Clubhouse) to join their team About Our Client ISSHO is a renowned establishment known for its exceptional service and commitment to excellence in the hospitality industry. What you'll be doing? Execute Operations: Ensure smooth food and beverage service, achieving KPIs and business performance. Manage Team: Train and guide staff, maintaining service standards and club culture. Engage with Members: Actively engage with members, promoting facilities and services. Coordinate Marketing: Manage promotional materials and marketing programs. Prepare Reports: Create weekly staff rosters and monthly operating reports. Assist in Budgeting: Help prepare the annual budget for property work and operational equipment. Who are they looking for? Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or private members club. Education: Form 5 standard, with a Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent. Language Skills: Fluency in Cantonese and English, with basic Japanese being a plus. Knowledge: Experience in Japanese Fine Dining is preferred, and knowledge of Sake is an advantage.
