About the Opportunity We are seeking several backend software engineers to develop scalable, high-performance, and reliable AI-generated content (AIGC) systems. In this role, you will work closely with product managers and frontend engineers to design, build, and maintain robust products and solutions. Your expertise in Golang/Python, distributed storage, distributed scheduling, and machine learning model optimization will be crucial. You will adopt a quality-first approach, ensuring that your code is well-structured, thoroughly tested, and optimized for performance and reliability. Your responsibilities will span the entire development lifecycle, from architecture and design to deployment and production support. Implement best practices for software architecture, testing, and observability to enhance system reliability. Optimize task scheduling system and AI-model performance. Write high-quality, well-documented code, and provide constructive feedback to maintain coding standards. Take ownership of the full software development lifecycle, from design and development to deployment and production support. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, proactively improving system performance and scalability. Requirements Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields 1-5 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on backend systems Proficiency in Golang/Python and familiar with common data structures and algorithms Strong expertise in MySQL and Redis databases, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval Hands-on experience with observability tools for monitoring and performance optimization Familiarity with Go frameworks such as Gin and GORM.
