Director of Digital & Information Technology Apply for the Director of Digital & Information Technology role at Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority (MPFA) . Reporting to the Senior Director of the eMPF Platform Company Limited (Company), the director will play a key part in the leadership team responsible for the successful delivery and implementation of the eMPF Platform project (Project). The appointee will oversee project and programme management, contractor quality management, and continuous enhancement of the Platform, including any additional applications and associated architecture. Key Accountabilities Monitor the deliverables of the Core Contractor of the Platform to ensure on‑time and quality delivery. Oversee technical aspects and formulate strategies for technology advancement of the Platform. Manage project, data, cyber security, dashboard and quality management aspects; review and formulate strategies for Platform advancement. Ensure proper handling of IT incidents reported by the Core Contractor. Oversee Core Contractor’s work on system improvement and enhancement. Promote collaboration between MPF trustees, industry players and the Core Contractor for Platform implementation and operation. Perform any other duties as assigned. Skills and Qualification Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines. Minimum 15 years of relevant project management experience on handling business services projects with significant technology components, preferably in financial services and/or public sector. Large‑scale IT/digital transformation project and digital service delivery experience. Track record in managing various stakeholders (including Government officials), vendors and outsourced service providers. Sound knowledge of the operation of MPF System. Intimate knowledge of the Project. Excellent communication and strong problem‑solving skills. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese). Remuneration Package A competitive remuneration and benefits package, including discretionary performance‑linked variable pay, annual leave, medical, dental and life insurance coverage, and MPF will be offered. The appointment will be made on a three‑year fixed‑term contract initially prior to consideration for appointment on a non‑fixed‑term basis.
