Commercial Banking - Coporate Banking Client Coverage Hang Seng’s Commercial Banking (CMB) business provides customized one-stop financial solutions to our corporate customers, from prime small and medium-sized businesses to publicly listed companies. We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Sustainable Finance Manager , reporting to Head of Sustainable Finance. Principal responsibilities Work on the development and implementation of client strategies for Sustainable Finance product Structure and originate sustainable finance transactions for commercial clients; Work closely with Head of Sustainable Finance and product leaders to develop market insights and understanding of the development of regional sustainable finance development; Work closely with internal stakeholders, including coverage and other product teams to understand and development account strategy to address customer needs and accelerate growth. Work closely with the Group to build internal governance, and regulatory updates and lead in localizing sustainable finance related governance Be able to work with external stakeholders, including participation of external stakeholder engagement events to promote sustainable finance product Proactively keeping abreast of local, regional and global developments, assess the implication and align with the Bank relevant initiatives and risk stewards in response to regulatory or industry development in sustainable finance. Develop opportunities through attending key industrial events as necessary Develop new and innovative sustainable finance product with internal stakeholders as necessary. Requirements University degree in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines with passion in driving sustainable finance development Proven experience in lending or relationship management or sustainable finance area Proven track record in loans syndication field with high level market contacts, and familiar with the Greater China market landscape Ability to deliver strategic initiatives to stay ahead of the competition Ability to work with multi-stakeholders, influence and operate effectively in a highly matrix environment Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English, Cantonese and Putonghua Good interpersonal skills and a team player High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers CMB You’ll achieve more when you join Hang Seng Bank Limited.
