Customer Service Data Analytics Assistant Manager

Our client is seeking a Customer Service Data Analytics professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will analyze customer feedback to provide actionable insights and improve the customer experience in the retail industry. Our client is a well-established company within the retail industry, known for its customer-focused approach and innovative solutions. Description Lead the collection and analysis of customer feedback from multiple channels (product reviews, surveys, chatbot, social media, customer center). Translate customer insights into improvements across merchandise, store operations, marketing, and service design. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decisions and accelerate innovation. Utilize advanced technologies and tools to gather and interpret customer behavior and sentiment. Design and execute effective surveys and campaigns to enhance data collection. Collect customers' data and behavior by using different tools and data source, such as in-store survey, voice of stores, interactive sessions with customers or stores, to ensure the data acquired is most suitable and appropriate for analysis. Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior management and Global Headquarters. Profile A passionate individual with a love for fashion and a deep understanding of consumer needs. Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to apply insights to complex business challenges. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience in survey design and campaign execution to gather meaningful data. Ability to influence and collaborate across departments to drive change. Familiarity with Hong Kong's consumer behavior and digital landscape is a plus. Experience in retail or FMCG is advantageous.
