The ideal candidate will take ownership of key projects, engage with senior stakeholders, and leverage their expertise in data and analytics to deliver tangible business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage end‑to‑end data & AI projects, from conceptualization to deployment and value realization. Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring alignment on project goals. Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications for data and engineering teams. Develop and present compelling, data‑driven narratives and insights to senior leadership to support strategic decision‑making. Proactively identify opportunities to drive business growth and efficiency. Qualifications Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in the data and AI domain. Background working in a Tier 1 consulting firm is required. Deep expertise in at least one core Data & AI area, with a preference for Master Data Management or Business Analytics. Demonstrated excellence in stakeholder management with experience influencing senior leaders. Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data insights to tangible business value. Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for non‑technical audiences. Proven track record of high ownership, proactivity, and being self‑driven in a dynamic environment.
