About the Role As a Senior Manager/Manager, Finance, you will act as the primary business partner between Finance and Commercial & Operations Team leaders at headquarters to provide financial insight and support on the day‑to‑day operations. Key Responsibilities Work with commercial leaders on an aligned approach to drive top‑line growth, sales channel and segment profitability. Provide financial management and operational support to the Commercial & Operations teams. Prepare a financial review of contract commercial terms and purchase requests. Develop and improve systems that support financial planning processes, ensuring the planning process is coordinated across HQ. Ensure the financial targets and commercial team plan are aligned. Responsible for delivery and enhancement of management reporting, including timeliness and consistency, and communicate information in a way that is easily understood by non‑finance stakeholders. Drive and promote changes to enhance operational efficiency and data availability. Continuously improve systems and processes. About You Minimum of a university degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics or a related discipline. CPA or equivalent qualification required. 5+ years of experience in finance. Experience and/or accounting knowledge in loyalty programs. Excellent communication, organization and analytical skills. Strong influencer and executor with a proven track record. Enterprising thinking mindset and can handle multiple priorities. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Business conversational level in Mandarin & Cantonese. Proficient in MS Office applications, e.g., Excel and PowerPoint. Financial Planning and Analysis experience. Ability to work in a fast‑paced and challenging environment.
