Role Summary As a Partnership Officer at Bowtie, you will be pivotal in supporting ouraffiliate and B2B2Cpartnerships growth. You will work alongside various teams and partners to support, develop, and execute partnership strategies that drive our business goals. Key Responsibilities Assist in developing and nurturing strategic partnerships and alliances Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of partnership initiatives Conduct partnership research, co-branding initiatives, and performance analyses Create partnership proposals, presentations, and reports Participate in meetings with partners and stakeholders to facilitate collaboration Provide administrative support in tracking and managing partnership activities Preparetimely and accurate performance tracking, reporting, budgeting, and channel insights. Maintain accurate records of partnership agreements and performance metrics How success will look like: Keep 10 affiliate partners active - support campaign planning, execution, marketing, and offers. Onboard 5 new affiliate partners - assist in proposals and onboarding. Produce high-quality research, proposal, and reports Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, fresh grad welcomed Strong communication and interpersonal skillswith bilingual (read/write)fluency in Chinese (Cantonese) and English Proactive and able to work independently as well as collaboratively Analytical with basic commercial sense Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or marketing is a plus Familiarity with the insurance or financial services industry Comfortable with working in a startup environment What Do We Offer?
