Associate Manager/Manager, Payment Services Execute end-to-end payment operations including local and cross-border transactions (FPS/RTGS/SWIFT), payment screening, mis-transfer handling and reconciliation processes to ensure seamless service delivery. Identify and escape operational incidents or abnormal issues, and support remediation actions. Support to enhance operational procedures and controls to maintain regulatory compliance and operational excellence. Support optimization initiatives and system enhancements to improve operational efficiency. Participate and support internal/external projects and contingency drills. Responsibilities Execute end-to-end payment operations including local and cross-border transactions (FPS/RTGS/SWIFT), payment screening, mis-transfer handling and reconciliation processes to ensure seamless service delivery. Identify and escape operational incidents or abnormal issues, and support remediation actions. Support to enhance operational procedures and controls to maintain regulatory compliance and operational excellence. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields. 4-7 years of hands-on experience in banking payment operations. Strong understanding of payment systems and infrastructure (RTGS/SWIFT/FPS/eDDA). Knowledge of HKMA regulatory requirements and payment compliance standards will be an advantage. Experience in payment-related project implementation will be an advantage. Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities. Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
