Junior Business Manager

Responsibilities Assisting the day-to-day trading activities of the Cash Equity business Monitoring credit and market risk limit utilization and keeping Trading management updated on any issues Managing index rebalance events by keeping Risk Management, Treasury and Trading Heads updated on status Resolving operational issues and actions in relation to the Risk and Control environment Driving enhancement of controls globally front to back pre execution checks Providing support to Trading management in preparation for business updates, supervisory reviews, desk procedures, etc. Providing input into Audits, Monitoring & Testing Reviews, Risk Control Self Assessments, Stress Testing planning exercises, Unauthorized Trading Reviews, Conflicts of Interest Partner with Legal,pliance, Tax and other support functions to ensure that Cash Equities operate in regulatorypliant manner. Contribute to or lead the activityernance forums including managementmittees, risk and controlmittees Requirements Equities knowledge, ideally across Cash Equities in both high-touch and low touch trading environments. Understanding of front to back processes to support a Cash Equities business Ability to multi-task, prioritize and operate under pressure. Strong attention to detail Team player / leader with strongmunication skills to dpose and explainplex issues to all audience levels. Excellent organization and time management skills.
