Assistant Program Manager

We are inviting applications for the following position from people with a passion to inspire and nurture young people : Responsibilities Enroll support from schools and recruit students Coordinate with teachers and volunteers Manage and administer the program Prepare program materials and facilitate program activities and workshops Consolidate records and reports Requirements University or equivalent education Min 2 years of program management experience (Candidates with less experience will be considered as Program Officer) Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese) – both written & oral Detail-oriented with good organisation skills A team player with good interpersonal, problem solving, and project management skills Willing to work on Saturdays for program events (with compensatory leave) Immediately available is highly preferable The position will be ideally suited to people who look for a meaningful job, and enjoy working in a dynamic, collaborative and learning organization.
