We are a global Intellectual Property ("IP") consulting firm with offices worldwide and are one of the leading players in the field. We are seeking individuals with an ambition to collaborate with some of the most exciting and innovative IP rights owners to unlock the potential in their brands. An opportunity has arisen in our Hong Kong Trade Mark Portfolio Team for an Assistant IP Manager. The successful candidate will join a fast‑moving, dynamic team and have the opportunity to support some of the world’s most valuable and well‑known brands on the international stage. You will have exposure to IP practice in some of the most active and challenging markets in the world, working with some of the best firms. This role is an excellent opportunity to build an in‑depth knowledge in intellectual property and to develop a long‑term career in a prestigious global intellectual property consulting firm. Role and Responsibilities Lead the management of Trade Mark portfolios across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring strategic alignment with clients’ brand protection goals Provide high‑level legal advice on Trade Mark registration, enforcement, and portfolio optimization Handle and advise on IP Enforcement, contentious matters and other IP‑related issues Support business development initiatives and maintain strong client relationships Qualifications and Technical Skills Qualified solicitor with 2-3 years of post‑qualification experience, preferably with trade mark, portfolio management and advisory work Senior paralegals or in‑house managers with IP experience will also be considered Legal qualifications in other jurisdictions will also be considered Proven ability to manage complex IP matters independently and lead client engagements Strong understanding of IP enforcement, litigation and contentious proceedings Responsible, proactive and collaborative team leader with excellent interpersonal skills Exceptional communication skills in written and spoken English, as well as proficiency in spoken Mandarin and Cantonese Benefits 5‑day work week, with 1‑day work‑from‑home subject to job commitment and team requirements Medical and Dental Insurance Discretionary bonus Positive workplace environment For more details, please contact Personal data collected will be used for recruitment purposes only.
