Every Day Is Different, But You’ll Mostly Be Preparing an inspired cocktail menu with creativity and flair Providing engaging bar-side service and drink recommendations Managing bar stock, cleanliness, and mise en place Collaborating with the bar team on seasonal and themed menus Contributing to a buzzing, social, and inclusive bar environment. What We Need From You A minimum of 2 years' experience in upscale or lifestyle venues Solid knowledge of spirits, wines, and classic cocktails Passion for storytelling through drinks and engaging conversation Great team player with a collaborative spirit Fluent in English; Cantonese / Mandarin is an advantage.
