We are expanding rapidly across online platforms, with a strong focus on key accounts and live commerce partnerships. Position Overview We are looking for a Sales Executive who will drive business growth by managing key accounts and building strategic partnerships with live streamers, influencers, and e-commerce platforms . This role is ideal for someone who understands both B2B sales and live-streaming commerce dynamics , combining relationship-building skills with commercial acumen. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail, e-commerce, and distributor accounts. Identify growth opportunities and execute joint business plans to increase sales and brand visibility. Manage order flow, promotions, and inventory alignment with key clients. Identify, recruit, and manage partnerships with live streamers, KOLs, and online influencers. Negotiate collaboration terms, commission models, and campaign schedules. Support live commerce activities with product knowledge, promotional materials, and real-time coordination. Develop and implement sales plans aligned with company objectives and market trends. Track and analyze sales performance, campaign ROI, and partner engagement. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize online promotions and customer engagement.Stay updated on live-streaming trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous sales improvement. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or partnership development. Experience working with live streamers, KOLs, or influencer-driven sales preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Familiar with online sales channels such as TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, or other e-commerce live platforms. Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment.
