Private Banking Relationship Managers (a leading Chinese-Funded PB) About the role We are seeking experienced Private Banking Relationship Managers to join our Chinese Private Bank client's team in Central. This full-time role is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your expertise in financial planning and relationship management to drive growth and success for our leading Chinese-funded private banking business. What you'll be doing Develop and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth private banking clients Provide tailored financial planning and investment solutions to meet clients' unique wealth management needs Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients through exceptional service and proactive engagement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a holistic private banking experience Identify new business opportunities and actively grow the client base Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies What we're looking for Substantial experience (8+ years) as a Senior Relationship Manager in premium or semi-private banking or in a similar client-facing wealth management role Deep understanding of the financial planning landscape and proven track record of delivering tailored solutions to high-net-worth clients Strong relationship management and client service skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, including fluency in English, Mandarin & Cantonese Detailed knowledge of relevant regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices Entrepreneurial mindset and drive to identify new business opportunities and grow the client base What we offer The bank is committed to supporting its employees' professional and personal development.
