We help clients address various aspects of Cyber and other strategic risks to their organizations to inform risk-based strategic choices, prepare to respond to disruption, assess and manage full-lifecycle enterprise risks, as well as strategize and respond to risks associated with the reliability and protection of data, associated processes and technology. We provide advisory and managed services to help senior executives spot, assess, manage, and respond to risks and/or catastrophic unforeseen incidents that could undermine their competitive position or jeopardize their critical assets, reputation and/or financial standing. Our objective is to help clients develop and implement strategies for IT risk management and aim to help clients find the appropriate balance between risk management and cost containment. Our integrated solutions covering: Cyber Strategy, Cyber Security, Cyber Vigilance, Cyber Resilience. Internal AI Agent Development Lead Deloitte’s internal projects focused on designing, training, and deploying AI agents. Perform model training, fine-tuning, and evaluation of LLMs for agent capabilities. Establish frameworks for agent orchestration, monitoring, and lifecycle management. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align AI agent development with Deloitte’s strategic goals. Client-Facing Implementation Assist clients in adopting and integrating AI agents into their environments. Provide advisory on fine-tuning and agent deployment strategies. Translate Deloitte’s internal innovations into practical, client-ready offerings. Mentor junior staff in LLM training, agent design, and emerging AI practices. Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities where AI agents can deliver measurable impact. Thought Leadership & Business Development Contribute to Deloitte’s market presence through whitepapers, case studies, and industry events. Support proposal development and client presentations with cutting-edge AI insights. Stay ahead of industry trends in generative AI, multi-agent systems, and autonomous workflows. We are looking for someone with Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field. Minimum 5 years of working experience in AI related deployment, including LLM fine-tuning, data cleansing, reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt & context engineering, and multi-agent system. Hands‑on expertise with frameworks such as LangChain, RAG pipelines, and vector databases. Strong knowledge of AI agent architectures and orchestration platforms. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and MLOps practices. Excellent communication skills with the ability to advise both internal stakeholders and external clients. Strong leadership and project management capabilities. Knowledge of AI security, data governance, compliance, and responsible AI practices. High proficiency in both spoken and written English. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
