Why This Role Matters As a Mechanical Design Associate, you will play a key role in helping us deliver the next generation of immersion cooling products. What You’ll Do Use SolidWorks to create detailed 3D and 2D mechanical drawings Support BOM creation, design libraries, and technical documentation Collaborate with engineers and operations teams to support product design and manufacturability Create visual materials (e.g., exploded views, renderings) for internal and customer-facing projects Participate in team design reviews and incorporate technical feedback Assist in scaling our design processes, file structures, and PLM documentation Communicate directly with China-based suppliers in Mandarin and Cantonese to clarify technical matters What We’re Looking For We want someone who’s eager to grow with us long‑term in a supportive, hands‑on role. 0–3 years of experience in mechanical design (graduates welcome) Strong proficiency in SolidWorks Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English (required) Must be able to read, write, and communicate clearly in English Willing to do hands‑on drafting and design work long‑term Content with a steady, design‑focused career path Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills Able to manage multiple tasks under pressure in a fast‑paced environment Positive, respectful attitude and suited to a structured team environment Open to learning and contributing over time without fast‑tracking into management Committed to becoming a long‑term, valued contributor within the team Our Values in Action Being Driven – We pursue excellence with urgency and purpose Being Collaborative – We work across teams to unlock better outcomes Being Attentive – We listen to understand before we act Being Flexible – We adapt our approach to meet evolving challenges Being Customer‑Centric – We put our customer needs at the heart of every decision You’ll also be expected to embody our behaviors, including: Adapting to a scaling company with evolving tools and workflows Supporting continuous improvement and process optimization Being a communication bridge between engineering and other departments Thriving in an environment where structure is still being built Tools You’ll Use CAD / CAE Software KeyShot, SolidWorks Visualize (preferred) MS Office & Shared Platforms (for documentation and project communication) Why Join Us?
