Senior Mechanical Engineer - Domestics Appliance Excellent opportunity for procurement experts for a global product brand. Description Product Development: Drive mechanical design and engineering for new domestic appliance products. CAD Design: Create and review detailed 3D models and 2D drawings using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo). Prototype Development: Oversee prototyping, testing, and validation of mechanical components and assemblies. NPI (New Product Introduction): Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth transition from design to mass production. DFMEA & Risk Analysis: Conduct design reviews, risk assessments, and implement design improvements. Supplier Collaboration: Work closely with suppliers and manufacturing partners to ensure design feasibility and quality standards. Profile Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 5+ years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in home appliances or consumer electronics. Strong proficiency in CAD tools and engineering documentation. Hands‑on experience with prototyping, testing, and DFM/DFA principles. Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
