Responsibilities:

• Handles all banquet function rooms related enquiries & prepares event orders to maximize sales volume of the department.
• Prepares schedule site inspections (including function rooms, guest rooms, restaurants, and other hotel facilities) and entertains unscheduled site visits such as walk-in guests together with the Events team.
• Prepares menu, place cards, signage, seating plan, tent card, and table sign for all functions.
• Assists the Events team in liaising with the hotel’s contractors (musicians, florists, graphic designers, photographers, print house) to meet guests’ expectations and the hotel’s interests.
• Inputs data for monthly sales statistics.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Hotel Management.
• One year of related experience in the hotel industry is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
