AI Language Data Consultant

Add expected salary to your profile for insights From 0 to 1, conduct data research and find ways to deliver data for new markets and languages. Conduct cross-team collaboration to fulfill their data needs and provide data insights. Collaborate with the Product team to ensure that our products are ready for new languages and new markets. Support the R&D team by providing relevant data for AI models and proactively coming up with ways to iteratively source new data. Support the Customer Success team and the BD team to fulfill client projects and enable the clients/partners to release data to us. Carry out the following tasks to deliver data for models and projects. Work out project requirements with stakeholders, make project plans, and deliver the data labelling/collection projects with high quality, on time, and within budget. Conduct hands‑on quality checking to make sure the data checked by QAs (Quality Assurance) meets the target accuracy rate. Communicate project planning and project progress across internal teams. Source vendors and recruit freelancers to deliver data labelling/collection projects. Provide training to vendors and freelancers on data labelling rules and the use of data labelling software. Requirements Open to dealing with new languages and markets beyond Hong Kong such as ASEAN and Taiwan. Able to work with language consultants who specialize in different languages. Self‑motivated to deliver good quality work. Goal‑driven, dependable, resilient, responsive, and flexible. Have the mentality and ability to follow things through. Have a good sense of milestones and deadlines and have the ability to meet them. Self‑starter who is proactive and energetic. Open‑minded and easy‑going. Good at teamwork. Enjoy proactive and timely communication. Enjoy learning and growth. Bachelor’s Degree or above, preferably in disciplines related to business, linguistics, or data. 2+ years of experience in the technology industry, preferably in AI companies with speech recognition technologies. Fluent in English and Chinese (either Mandarin or Cantonese). Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
