As the Deputy Supervisor & Operational Principal, you will report directly to the School Board of Managers. You will not only oversee the daily administration and operational management of the school but also serve as the core engine driving brand construction and student enrollment growth. Your mission is to achieve a dual elevation of the school’s commercial value and educational quality while ensuring full compliance with Education Bureau regulations. Responsibilities Strategic Operations & Management Strategic Planning: Assist the School Board in formulating medium-to-long-term development strategies and translating strategic goals into annual operational plans and budgets (P&L Responsibility). Operational Efficiency: Oversee the Administration, Logistics, Finance, HR, and IT departments. Optimize internal SOPs to enhance operational efficiency and cost control. Facility Management: Responsible for campus facility management and safety operations to ensure a high-quality teaching environment for staff and students. Admissions System & Market Expansion (Core Focus) Admissions Strategy: Design a full-year admissions marketing funnel and take accountability for the final Enrollment KPI. Channel Resource Integration: Leverage extensive personal industry resources to develop and maintain B2B channels (including education consultancies, immigration agencies, feeder schools in the Greater Bay Area, and corporate clients) to establish a stable network for student recruitment. Conversion Management: Lead the admissions team to optimize the parent reception process, school visit experience, and entrance assessment procedures, significantly improving the conversion rate from "inquiry" to "payment." Brand Building & Public Relations Brand Strategy: Spearhead the school’s brand positioning and communication strategy, managing online (Social Media, SEO) and offline (Education Fairs, Seminars) marketing campaigns. External Relations: Serve as a key spokesperson for the school, maintaining positive relationships with the media, community, and parents, and handling crisis communications. Event Planning: Curate high-end educational forums or Open Day events to enhance the school’s visibility and reputation in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area (GBA). Compliance Management & Government Relations EDB Liaison: Handle daily communication with the Education Bureau (EDB) of the HKSAR Government, ensuring full compliance regarding license applications, renewals, course registration, and fee adjustments. Policy Interpretation: Monitor and interpret changes in Hong Kong education policies in real-time (e.g., Top Talent Pass Scheme dependents admission, DSE/International curriculum reforms) and adjust operational strategies promptly to capitalize on policy opportunities. Accreditation: Coordinate the application and maintenance of various international accreditations (e.g., CIS, WASC, Cambridge), where applicable. Qualifications & Experience Education: Master’s degree or above in Education Management, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of management experience in the education sector, with at least 5 years in a senior management position (Principal, Vice Principal, or Director of Operations) at an international or private school. Admissions Resources: Must possess abundant admissions channel resources in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area. A proven track record of successfully driving significant student enrollment growth is highly preferred. Regulatory Knowledge: Well-versed in the Hong Kong Education Ordinance and relevant EDB administrative guidelines; familiar with licensing and compliance processes for private/international schools. Language Skills: Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English is essential, with excellent cross-cultural communication and public speaking skills.
