My Client is a Leading Food & Beverage Manufacturer Seeking a Factory Manager Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of production supervisors, quality control inspectors, maintenance technicians, and other factory staff Develop and implement production schedules, workflows, and resource plans to meet daily, weekly, and monthly output targets Monitor production activities, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to optimize efficiency and reduce waste Ensure strict compliance with local and export food safety regulations, quality control protocols, and environmental/sustainability standards Oversee preventive maintenance programs for manufacturing equipment to maximize uptime and extend equipment lifespan Supervise and participate in new product development, including recipe formulation, process optimization, and trial production; ensure improvement plans align with quality, cost, and production goals Collaborate with the procurement team to manage inventory, raw material ordering, and logistics Report production metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and overall performance Drive continuous improvement initiatives and identify areas for process enhancement and cost reduction Implement best practices and lean manufacturing principles Foster a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence within the factory workforce Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field 10+ years of experience in food/beverage manufacturing, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, quality management systems (HACCP, GMP, ISO), and process improvement methodologies Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Proficient in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written) Familiarity with relevant food safety regulations and environmental compliance standards #J-18808-Ljbffr
