Store In-charge (Fashion label for Outlet store) Mentor, coach, and motivate sales associates to achieve individual and team targets. Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-energy work environment. Conduct training sessions to elevate product knowledge, service standards, and brand values. Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance reviews. Sales & Business Growth Drive sales performance through strategic clienteling, upselling, and cross‑selling. Analyze sales reports, identify trends, and implement action plans to achieve KPIs. Cultivate long‑term relationships with VIP clients and ensure personalized shopping experiences. Support the Store Manager in executing local marketing initiatives and in‑store events. Operational Excellence Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and compliance with company policies. Ensure the store environment reflects brand aesthetics (cleanliness, displays, and ambiance). Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment, and manage product launches effectively. Customer Experience Lead by example in delivering exceptional, personalized service to clients. Resolve customer concerns promptly and diplomatically, upholding the brand's reputation. Reporting & Communication Prepare sales, inventory, and performance reports for senior management. Present insights and recommendations to improve store performance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Management, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury retail, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role. Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage clients and stakeholders confidently. Proven track record of driving sales and exceeding targets in a high‑end retail environment. Proficiency in retail POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
