Recruitment Consultant at French Chamber in Hong Kong We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a French Luxury Brand, for an HR & Administrative Manager. Scope Regional, for Hong Kong and Singapore markets Based in Hong Kong office Responsibilities Provide full spectrum of HR support, including but not limited to talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, payroll, tax filing, leave schedule and employee relations. Oversee staff appraisal and KPI program. Responsible for employee onboarding, engagement, and offboarding procedures. Maintain Company Handbook and coordinate staff orientation of company policies and procedures. Act as coordinator for retail store operations with internal & external parties and store administration support. Manage office administration including office supplies and equipment purchases, document filing, maintenance and handling incoming calls. Handle insurance matters including annual renewal, quotation comparison and claims. Perform ad hoc projects as assigned. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or relevant disciplines. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience; experience in retail is an advantage. Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented, proactive, and very well-organized. Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Cantonese. Proficient in MS Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Candidates with less experience to be considered as Assistant Manager.
