Duties Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners Provide administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e‑mails, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings Make travel and accommodation arrangements Requirements 3–5 years of work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role Ideally experience working within larger organisations (law firms, banks) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Outstanding organisational and time‑management skills Familiarity with Slack, Notion and G‑Suite Total Rewards Our workforce deserves fair and competitive pay that meets them where they are.
