Senior Business Analyst - Top Tier Insurance Group (Up to 65K) As a Senior Business Analyst - Digital AI, your main responsibilities will include: Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Identifying opportunities for digital and AI solutions to improve operational efficiency and customer experience. Developing detailed business cases and presenting them to stakeholders for approval. Defining project scope and objectives, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology capabilities. Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation, including workflows and user stories. Acting as a liaison between the Technology department and other business units. Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to stakeholders. Ensuring that digital and AI solutions meet quality standards and deliver desired outcomes. Prior exposure in AI project is a must. Minimum 8 years of experience. Qualifications A successful Senior Business Analyst - Digital AI should have: Strong understanding of the insurance industry and its digital transformation needs. Proven ability to analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities. Experience working with AI technologies and their application in business environments. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills. A proactive approach to problem‑solving and delivering innovative solutions. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
