The role ensures seamless communication, cultural precision, and timely resolution of technical incidents within global IT service operations. Key Responsibilities Provide L2-level bilingual technical support for applications, systems, and IT infrastructure. Translate technical, business, and operational communication between English and Cantonese. Serve as the liaison for incident, problem, and change management activities in Cantonese-speaking regions. Prepare and review bilingual documents such as SOPs, FAQs, release notes, and knowledge-base content. Collaborate with L3 engineering teams to drive resolutions for complex technical issues. Support regional rollout, deployment, and localization initiatives across APAC. Conduct translation quality checks and ensure linguistic and cultural alignment. Maintain accurate bilingual ticket records within ITSM platforms. Provide guidance on cultural nuances, language sensitivity, and communication clarity. Track, analyze, and report recurring issues affecting Cantonese-speaking users. Participate in performance reviews, service improvement discussions, and operational planning. Support executive communication by delivering accurate Cantonese translations for reports and updates. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT, Linguistics, or a related field. Native or fluent proficiency in Cantonese and English. Minimum of 7 years of experience in L2 technical support or bilingual translation within IT environments.
